July 31, 2022 - Sunday - I happened upon some old pictures of our former home in Worcester, MA and decided to make this page to remember it by.  The first shot is around Christmastime with the house all decorated.  There are 45 windows and they all had electric candles in them.

This is looking from the dining room through the foyer, through the living room into the downstairs sunroom.

And this is the sunroom looking into the dining room.

The foyer is open to the second floor.

The living room has one of the two fireplaces in the house.

The dining room is big and this table could seat ten.  The den is off to the right.

Judy with her kitties in the den that became a home theater after we installed a drop down screen and a digital projector.

This is Dante and Bello playing on the wood pile next to the second fireplace in the den.

This was our bedroom.

The guest bedroom.

The third bedroom I used as an office.

Our bathroom in Worcester is almost an exact copy of our bathroom in California, except for the radiator.

The upstairs sunroom overlooked the pool and the backyard.

We had the screen porch built off the downstairs sunroom.

Come the fall, we had wonderful foliage to look at.

But we had to get rid of all the leaves.

The back patio was a great place to entertain.

But the New England wind storms made for a lot of clean up.

Come winter, there was plenty of snow.

I went to London with Judy on one of her trips and spent the day at the Kensington Library researching wrought iron gates.  I came up with a design that a local iron worker fabricated for us.

We spent the entire summer out by the pool.

I trimmed and shaped the beautiful hedge that separated the pool area from the way back yard.  The hedge is about 70 feet wide and 16 feet tall.

The pool house was handy, lawn tools on the left and a changing room on the right.

I built the cupola on top.

The way back yard had flower beds, lilacs and a flowering crab apple tree.

And we enjoyed our tomatoes each season.

We have a lot of great memories about living here.
