October 28, 2020 - Wednesday - Today we took in another new exhibit at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana called “Inside the Walt Disney Archives: 50 Years of Preserving the Magic.” In 2020, the Walt Disney Archives is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a special retrospective exhibition of more than 400 objects, including original artwork, costumes, and props that tell the story of the Archives, The Walt Disney Company, and Walt Disney himself.
These "bookshelves" are printed fabric.
The costume section is unbelievable.
This is the Dick Tracy suit worn by Warren Beatty and the Pretty Woman dress worn by Julia Roberts.
Angela Jolie's dress in Maleficent and Christian Bale's driving suit in Ford vs. Ferrari.
They even have Herbie from the Love Bug.
