May 31, 2025 - Saturday - We took a shot at this adventure today. There's an "Anime Convention" in Riverside, CA this weekend, so we decided to hang out and watch the people entering the Convention Center. If we wanted to go inside the admission fee is $42.00 apiece, so we decided to save the $84.00.
Anime refers to a style of animation that originates in Japan. It is characterized by colorful graphics, energetic characters, and action-oriented plots, often featuring futuristic or fantasy themes. In Japan, "anime" is a general term for animation, similar to how "cartoon" is used in English.

Well, we got our money's worth on this one. It was colorful shooting these people who all have a strange hobby. But, they're all having fun and no one gets hurt.
After the convention, we headed over to Tio's Tacos for lunch.
Judy had her usual cheese enchiladas with Mole sauce, rice and beans.
I had my usual shrimp with garlic sauce, rice and beans.
