May 5, 2011 - Since we first visited the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens, we felt that we needed to go back to explore a lot of the gardens that we didn't see on our first trip, so today was the day.  We started out in the Palm Gardens.

We next went through the Jungle Gardens.

Then we headed to the Lily Ponds and found a family of geese with their three newborns.

Then it was on through the Australian Gardens.

And finally the Rose Gardens, which were absolutely overwhelming!

After lunch at the Rose Garden Cafe, we strolled up the North Vista Lawn that has a large fountain at one end.

This is the mausoleum where the Huntingtons are interred.

We also took in the Children's Garden.

We then had completed a full circle and were back to Library entrance and the main gate.
