| Allard Real Estate represented decades of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate transactions. Bob's expertise in market analysis, brokerage, site selection, and lease negotiations offered unlimited real estate services for various firms. While Bob spent the first twenty-five years of his professional life in commercial real estate, he transitioned into the public sector for the final fifteen years of his career. This web site is no longer maintained for commercial purposes but has now morphed into a running documentary of the Allards' new life as retirees in Southern California. I have relinquished my former titles of City Assessor and Chief Financial Officer and now I'm proud to say that I'm the Director of Fun.
